"I am sooooo pleased with this vacuum! It's really powerful and does a fantastic job on my round black floral rug. It had been a nightmare with my other vacuum to keep clean, but once I plugged the empower in and turned it on, wow, was all I could say. My rug looked brand new! The attachments are excellent, but I was disappointed that it didn't come with the extention for using the attachments in hard to reach places. For such a simple piece not to be included was a let down, nevertheless, I paid $80 for an awesomely powerful vacuum. Great deal!"
